"The difficult we do immediately.  The impossible takes a little longer."  That summarizes my approach to real estate in today's tough market.  I find that I enjoy the challenge and respond well to it.  Whether it is presenting and marketing a difficult-to-sell house, or helping a couple to buy their first home, or finding a buyer for an abandoned hotel who will serve the community's best interests as well as his own, I try to give my utmost to every situation.

I have been active in real estate sales since 2002, during which time I have participated in many successful closings as either the listing or selling agent.  I am proud to be associated with Prudential Nutshell Realty, an up-and-coming firm which recognizes the importance of the internet and is committed to developing its possibilities.  The buying public now relies on the internet, more than newspapers or magazines, when they are ready to buy.
