Lou Lynch

Lou first became interested in transforming the real estate industry in 2002 while helping top real estate companies in the Hudson Valley to re-draw the landscape of the real estate industry of old to a more dynamic and innovative form of e-real estate. He joined Prudential Nutshell Realty in 2004 and from early on, was a key part of the executive management team providing a solid foundation for the company's firm committment to technology.  Lou with his management team looks to elevate the success of Prudential Nutshell Realty to become the number one real estate company in the area.

Lou’s background is one of the broadest and most varied in the industry. He began building internet solutions in 1996 for a small start-up in New York.  Soon after, his expertise was noticed by several high profile dot-com companies out of NYC.  Lou's experience at a leading job board had then thrusted him into several diverse opportunities involving extreme sporting goods, education, human resource management and several other industries that utilized Lou's background and experience in Internet strategies.  More recently Lou has dedicated his time to dominating online real estate markets through use of innovative online marketing techniques and cutting edge SEO strategies.  Lou’s unique background will no doubt continue to keep the Prudential Nutshell Realty at the forefront of real estate innovation.

In his free time, Lou’s interests range from outdoor activities such as golf and hunting to charitable pursuits like Habitat for Humanity and The National Breast Cancer Foundation. He continues to support entrepreneurship and education through active involvement with local colleges and career programs.
